Director/ Splicing Manager – Michael White

Michael started his Telecommunications Career in 2005 in a Hauling Crew stepping into a splicer role in 2006. This position has seen him gain vast experience working in many parts of Australia. This includes working in the mines in The Pilbara Region for BHP to remote locations in the Northern Territory on runs such as Daly Waters to Peppimenarti.

Michael has shared his knowledge with many Trainees over the years taking great pride in watching their careers grow as they became Technicians.

He has had a variety of Senior Roles over the last seven years and is now a hands on Director/ Managing Splicer of MKW Fibre Solutions.

Director/Administration – Kylie White

Kylie has over 20 years experience in Administration. Working in industries such as Construction, Insurance and Financial Services has seen Kylie gain a diverse range of skills. Kylie is now a  Director of MKW and works  along side Michael in an administrative role. 

Telecommunications Technician – Nick Burgoyne

Nick joined MKW as an Apprentice Technician. He successfully completed his Apprenticeship and has become a confident Certified Telecommunications Technician..
